Strata living often bring people of diverse interests and backgrounds close together.
However, disagreements and disputes sometimes arise.
Plan 2 Strata’s Manager is a trained negotiator accustomed to solving disputes.
We will:
• Issue notices to comply with by laws.
• Submit applications to and attend mediation.
• Submit applications to and attend the Consumer, Trader, and Tenancy Tribunal.

By Laws

• Answer queries from the Executive Committee about by-laws.
• Prepare and issue notices under s45 of the Act for breach of by-laws.
• Serve notices to comply with by-laws.
